Over the past decade he has successfully executed more than 300 search assignments including positions at companies just entering the Japan market as well as some of the largest names in the IT industry.
PartnerAndrew is responsible for new client acquisition as well as performing mid-career and leadership-level searches, mostly for companies in the fields of digital marketing, enterprise software, and cloud services. Prior to SoftSource Andrew worked at Access Technology where he was consistently a top-performer and received MVP honors after only 2 years.
Senior ConsultantShuhei is responsible for major account management and performing both mid-career and leadership-level searches, mostly for global Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud technology venders. Prior to recruiting, Shuhei spent 5 years as an Account Executive with Hewlett-Packard where he was responsible for selling infrastructure software, hardware, and services to major customers in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. He achieved or exceeded quota in every year, and in his best year achieved over $10m USD in total sales.
Researcher & Consulting SupportShoko is responsible for lead generation through internet research and targeted referral-creation, and also performs sales support for all consultants. She graduated from University of Nebraska with a degree in Communications, and prior to joining SoftSource worked in real estate doing sales and sales support functions.
Co-Founder & Consulting ManagerSean handles mid-career and leadership level searches, mostly for global infrastructure vendors. He has been performing executive search since 2000, and during that time has performed searches in enterprise software, hardware, and semiconductor industries.
