With recruitment outsourcing a member of SoftSource will take over the internal recruitment responsibilities for Japan as if they were a member of your own talent acquisition team. We can perform this by working at your local Japan office or by working remotely (depending on the number of searches to be performed and the expected time commitment).

When to Use Recruitment Outsourcing?

We recommend utilizing recruitment outsourcing in the following conditions:

  • There is no talent acquisition member dedicated to the Japan market.
  • The expected hiring activity is for a limited period of time or for a fixed number of positions, and an full-time local recruiter isn’t necessary.
  • The talent acquisition team doesn’t have recruitment and hiring expertise for the Japan market.

What Do I Get With Recruitment Outsourcing?

We will assign a dedicated account manager who will act as a member of your own Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for driving and managing all recruitment processes for Japan. This person will be responsible for educating internal employees as well as other recruitment firms about needed positions in order to optimize candidate flow, and will also manage the total candidate pipeline with a focus on expediting recruitment processes.

The SoftSource member performing the recruitment outsourcing service will manage and expedite all recruiting processes through offer acceptance and onboarding, however will not perform original candidate sourcing personally. Recruitment Outsourcing engagements generally last from 1 – 6 months.
